1. What conditions do you have for your suppliers?

Our suppliers must control the heavy metals of the growing areas.   In addition, they must follow our supervision in terms of application of pesticides so that the residues will be  up to USA and EU standards.

2.  What is the production capacity of each item of your company?

The production capacity of each item ranges from 100 tons to 500 tons annually..

3.  What analysis equipments does your company have?

We have analysis equipments for moisture,  for volatile oil, for ash, for SO2, and for micros.  As for analysis of heavy metals and pesticide residues,  we will have them carried out in contracted 3rd party laboratories.

4.  Do you have traceability system with your products?   If yes, how does it work?

   Yes, we have our traceability system.   Through a batch number,  each lot of goods can be traced back to the source.

5. What's the minimum order quantity of your products?

  With ordinary items, the MOQ is a 500kg.    But with high value charged sample,  the MOQ is as low as 1kg.   

6. Does your company provide samples?

Yes, we do.  For low value small samples, they are free.  If the value is over $200.00  including postage, however,  the samples will be charged.

7. What are the payment terms of your company?

  LC at sight is preferred.   With old customers with good reputation,  however.   DP at sight or even TT after receipt of our documents is acceptable.
