The harvest season of Mango is in May-Jul. The processing flow of right mango is as follows:
.Material Selection: Choose those Mango fruits with no mildew, no diseases, no mechanical damage, and no insect pests. Choose those bright yellow ones, with a ripeness of 80-90%.
.Cleansing: Put the fruits in the cleansing sink, washing them thoroughly.
.Peeling and slicing: Workers stripped the skins of the fruits manually with stainless steel knives, cutting off the speckles, if any. After that slice the fruit into flakes of 8-10 mm thick.
.Color retention: Dip the fruit flakes in sulfite solution for five minutes, and then take them out to drain the water.
.Drying: Put the Mango Flakes after color retention in bamboo baskets to be dried in the oven with the temperature of about 60℃ for about 6 hours.
.Packing: Pack the Dried Mango Flakes into plastic bags of 500g, 20 bags into a carton.
