How to Use Safflower to Regulate Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Health?

The cooking method for safflower and Angelica soup is as follows: 20g of safflower and 15g of Angelica, put them in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, boil for 30 minutes, remove the residue and extract the juice. Take one dose daily, twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, and take continuously for a month.

 

2.     Safflower and Goji Berry Goji Berry
