4. After boiling the syrup until it becomes thicker and thicker, when dense small bubbles appear on the edge of the pot, set the heat to minimum and continue boiling while constantly flipping the ginger slices. If there is too much syrup, pour out some.
5. When the syrup at the edge of the pot starts to crystallize, turn off the heat immediately and continue to stir fry the ginger slices continuously. This process requires some patience. The ginger slices become increasingly dry as they stir fry, and the syrup will also be completely turned over. The ginger slices are coated with a beautiful layer of frosting. After the ginger slices cool naturally, they can be placed in a sealed jar.
III. Usage:
Take two tablets every day to eat. Don't pour out the frosting, it also has a ginger flavor and can be left to rinse and drink.
